BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:

*** A 50% Non-Refundable Retainer Fee and a signed Service Contract Agreement is required in order to book an appointment. The remaining balance will be due no later than 7 Business Days before your appointment date.***

REFUNDS:

*** No refunds are issued, unless the Makeup Artist has to cancel.

CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS:

*** A 2 day notice is required if you want to cancel your appointment, then you have 7 days from that appointment date to use your Retainer Fee to reschedule another one. If you don't reschedule another appointment in that timeframe, the Retainer is no longer valid. (Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable).***

LATE ARRIVAL:

***If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. If I don't see any indication that you tried contacting me by Phone/Text/Email/Voicemail/Video Call)it counts as a NO CALL/NO SHOW & you will be banned as a Client from Chanel's Makeup Artistry.***

PHONE CALLS/TEXTING:

No Phone Calls/Texting during the Makeup Session (unless it’s urgent).Please be considerate of the Makeup Artist performing services.It’s much easier not having to work around a phone up to your face, and to do your makeup while moving your head & talking. Time is valuable, and the goal is to finish at the agreed upon timeframe, with no distractions. *** Understand that the Makeup Artist will not be liable if the Makeup Session runs over the agreed upon timeframe.***

EXTRA GUESTS: If you’re coming to my location of choice: No guests are permitted to come to your appointment with you, unless they are receiving services too.

PHOTOS/VIDEOS: Taking any Videos or Photos of the Makeup Artist, or posting online isn’t permitted without consent.
